Die Räumlichkeiten wurde gezielt neu gedacht und in eine zeitgemässe, multifunktionale Begegnungszone transformiert – mit klarer Ausrichtung auf ihre zukünftige Nutzung als «Innovation Hub». Durch die Neustrukturierung der Fläche entstand ein offenes, inspirierendes Umfeld, das Kreativität, Austausch und neue Ideen aktiv fördert.

Im Zentrum steht die neue Raumaufteilung: Eine prägnante, zentral platzierte «Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsinsel» bildet den kommunikativen Kern des Raumes. Sie schafft einen natürlichen Treffpunkt für interdisziplinäre Teams und unterstützt kollaborative Arbeitsformen.

Ergänzt durch klar definierte Zonen – von funktionalen Arbeitsbereichen bis hin zur integrierten Stauraum- und Werkstattlösung – wird die Fläche optimal genutzt und strukturiert.

Die gestalterische Aufwertung unterstreicht den Anspruch an einen modernen Innovationsraum. Helle Holzoberflächen sorgen für Wärme und Aufenthaltsqualität, während schwarze Elemente und minimalistische Leuchten einen klaren, zeitgemässen Charakter verleihen. Die bewusst sichtbare Gebäudetechnik greift den industriellen Kontext auf und transportiert eine authentische, kreative Atmosphäre.

Mit der zukünftigen Nutzung als «Innovation Hub» erhält der Raum eine zusätzliche Dimension: Er wird zur Plattform für neue Ideen, Prototyping, Workshops und informellen Austausch. The space was deliberately reimagined and transformed into a contemporary, multifunctional meeting space – with a clear focus on its future use as an "Innovation Hub". The restructuring of the area has created an open, inspiring environment that actively fosters creativity, exchange, and new ideas.

At its heart is the new spatial layout: A striking, centrally located "work and lounge island" forms the communicative core of the space. It creates a natural meeting point for interdisciplinary teams and supports collaborative work methods.

Complemented by clearly defined zones – from functional work areas to integrated storage and workshop solutions – the space is optimally utilized and structured.

The design enhancements underscore the ambition of a modern innovation space. Light wood surfaces provide warmth and a pleasant atmosphere, while black elements and minimalist lighting lend a clean, contemporary character. The deliberately exposed building technology reflects the industrial context and conveys an authentic, creative ambiance.

 With its future use as an "Innovation Hub," the space gains an additional dimension: it turns into a platform for new ideas, prototyping, workshops, and informal exchange.
